Buying in bulk?
Go straight tothe source.
We help businesses that buy in bulk buy better. Tell us what you buy, or send the list, a product, or a quote you already have. Within 72 hours you get our price, delivered to your door.
- EU & USA customs records, both markets
- 72 hours from your list to a price
- One number delivered to your door
- No fee unless you order
The bigger the order, the closer to the factory it is bought. Large companies buy straight from the factory. Everyone else buys from a reseller who went there first, and pays his margin on top.
We put you at the source.
Three steps.
Send what you buy, get one delivered price, approve it. Everything between the factory floor and your door is ours to arrange.
Send your buying list.
SKUs, quantities, specs. A photo, a spreadsheet, an old invoice. Messy is fine.
See the landed price.
Every price, with duty and delivery already in the number.
Approve, and we start.
We arrange production, checks and shipping. The factory price and the freight hold from there. Duty follows the HS code and is set by customs at entry, so we show it as an estimate.
You buy from us. One contract, one company responsible for everything between the factory floor and your door.
Our own people are on the factory floor, and the goods are checked before the factory gets paid. If the factory price or the freight moves under your approved number, that is our problem, not yours. Duty is the one line we can only estimate, because customs sets it at entry.

Where the number comes from.
Five lines, each one traceable. Nothing in the price is a rounding, and duty is the one line we can only ever suggest.
- 01Customs records are public. We read them and separate the real factories from the shell companies and freight forwarders that sit in front of them.
- 02Not everything starts from scratch. We carry our own list of factories built up over years in the industry, plants we have visited, audited and bought from before. Where your product is on that list, the price starts from a relationship, not from a first enquiry.
- 03We flag the trading company markup, then quote the same parts straight from the plant that makes them. Duty is stacked line by line on the factory price.
- 04The pricing is plain arithmetic, not a guess. The goods and the freight are what we quote and what you pay. Duty is the one line customs decides, so we show it as an estimate and say so.
- 05Every order we run adds real factory prices to what we know, so the next quote starts sharper.
One order of €18,000 of goods into the EU: €27,679 through a trading company, €23,645 buying direct. Same goods, same factory, same week.
If your business buys in bulk, you should be buying it at the source.

That is the point of the company. One of us knows what a European buyer needs and who to call to get it moving. The other knows the plant floor in China, speaks to it directly, and can tell a real factory from a company that only looks like one.
An assistant that knows your goods.
Most of importing is not the price. It is the code the goods travel under, the paperwork that code drags behind it, and remembering what you decided last time. That part sits in your account and answers you.
It knows the codes
Every product crosses the border under an HS code, and that code sets the duty. The assistant suggests one from what you describe or from a photo of the goods, and says why. It stays a suggestion: customs decides the code at entry, and nobody who tells you otherwise has read a tariff ruling.
It reads what you send
A photo of the product, an old invoice, a spreadsheet of what you buy. It reads what is on them, tells you what it found, and asks about what is missing instead of making you fill in a form.
It learns your account
Every code we settle and every note we write about your goods is kept. Next time you ask about the same thing, it starts from what we already know rather than from nothing, and it can tell you what you paid and where each order stands.
It stands on customs records
Ask for a briefing on a category and it is built from the same public customs records we price from: who ships it, from where, and at what level. Written down, with the weak spots in the data named rather than smoothed over.
What it will never do is invent a number. It does not quote you a price, it does not promise a duty rate, and it does not hand you a factory name it cannot show you the records for. Those come from a person on our desk, and you get them within 72 hours.
Selling into the West instead of buying from it?
The same customs records that let us find your factory read the other way too. They show a manufacturer exactly which European and American companies import their product today, in what volume, and who to contact.
Before the first order.
The questions people actually ask us on the first call.
Sometimes we can’t: plain goods with no markings, or products built from several factories. We tell you within 72 hours and you owe nothing. We can still find you a good factory for the same spec instead, and we will always tell you which of the two we did.
We charge a flat fee, shown as its own line on your quote. It does not go up if the factory price goes up, so we have no reason to push you toward an expensive factory. You always see what the factory charged.
Yes. Both the EU and the US charge duty on the price you actually paid. Buying through a reseller means you paid more, so you owe more duty. Buying direct means you paid less, so you owe less. We are removing a middleman, not hiding anything from customs. Licensed brokers file your entry and keep the paperwork.
Whatever the factory’s minimum is, and it varies by product. Under about €10,000 or $10,000 of goods the saving is rarely worth the work, and we will tell you that instead of taking your order.
You get the price in 72 hours. After you order, it depends on the factory and the product: some goods sit in stock, others are made from scratch, and sea or rail changes the journey again. Repeat orders are faster because everything is already set up.
